We understand the growing concern regarding the outbreak of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) and that it is increasingly impacting our community. Our heartfelt thoughts go out to all of those who have been affected by this disease.
We are actively monitoring all public sources of information and guidance, including the CDC and the World Health Organization, to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions for your well-being. We want to share out the extra sanitation processes we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our team members, customers and community.
We encourage you to shop from the convenience and safety of your own home 24/7 using our website, WichitaFurniture.com. All of our inventory and pricing is updated in real-time, so if you see that an item is in-stock you can purchase the item and be confident it is available and priced accurately. After your purchase you will receive a phone call from us to schedule pick up or delivery.
Our showroom is open. Visit our thoroughly cleaned and sanitized showroom Monday through Saturday, from 10am until 7pm. In light of the COVID-19 virus, we are taking a proactive approach to ensure the health and welfare of both our customers and our associates. Your safety is our top priority.
In our Distribution Center, we have implemented extra sanitation protocols with equipment that our team members use during the handling of your furniture.
You can pick up your entire order from our Distribution Center without stepping out of your vehicle. You will be greeted by our team, who will be wearing gloves and all interaction will occur from a safe distance. Our Distribution Center is open Monday through Saturday from 10am until 7pm.
We offer Drop Off Delivery in a box. In most areas of Kansas this service is Free. We will place your package inside your garage, or on your front porch. The choice is yours as to where your purchase is placed.
Our teams are also taking extra measures as well to prevent any unintentional spread of illness. They will be using hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes between each delivery and they will be regularly disinfecting their interiors and outside handles of their vehicles.
Please note that with Customer Pick Up and Free Delivery, all items are in a box and you are responsible for assembly and trash removal. For the time being, we are not offering Full Service Delivery or In-Home Customer Service Appointments for customers who wish to have their furniture assembled and placed in the room of their choice. We will again offer these services in the future, but in the best intererst of our customers and employees we have decided to pause these service offerings.
Each of our teams have been coached on these extra preventative measures and they will be submitting check lists daily to executive management ensuring they comply with our newly developed sanitation standards.
Finally, we have been steadfast in providing guidance to our employees. We are frequently reminding our employees to stay home if they are sick, wash their hands, use hand sanitizer, clean their personal work spaces, and otherwise to exercise precautionary measures.
Again, the health and welfare of our customers is our top priority. We trust that the measures outlined here will enable you to continue your shopping experience with confidence.
