Wichita Furniture & Mattress has the largest company owned delivery fleet in the area. We have a professional staff trained to deliver and set up your purchase with a scheduled delivery appointment or you can pick up from our local Distribution Center. You have options!

Just bought your new furniture and want it now? Come pick it up today from our massive local distribution center. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10am-7pm. When you buy it today you can get it today! Assembly will be required but did we mention you get it the same day you buy it?

Drop Off Delivery - FREE

Want to buy furniture, but don’t want to hassle with transportation? Let us drop it off inside your front door for FREE! This option is available within a 20 mile radius of our distribution center on orders $99 and up. This option requires you to assemble, move the product to your desired room, and dispose of the trash, but hey, It’s Free!

Full Service In-Home Delivery (Starting at $99)

Sit back and relax, we got this. This option includes full service delivery and set-up of your new furniture in the room of your choice. Let our trained professionals fully assemble your product, set it in place and dispose of all of that trash, and yes we recycle!

When you purchase our Full Service Delivery, you get 1 year Free in home warranty service applies to all merchandise that was delivered by Wichita Furniture & Mattress, in the Wichita area only. On merchandise that was delivered outside of the Wichita area, our customers are responsible for transportation costs if we have to pick the product up and bring it back to our facility for work. The transportation charge will be waived if you bring the merchandise to our distribution center.

Wichita Furniture & Mattress does deliver outside of Kansas. We will be happy to provide a quote for shipping outside of our normal delivery area. Just call us!

Direct Ship - FREE

We try to have everything in stock, but those times we don’t, this is a great option for you. We can direct ship your small parcel items right to your house for FREE! These items will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and will be delivered by UPS or FEDEX. Assembly will be required.

What is your Satisfaction Policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture and mattress purchase. Our goal is to turn your house into a home! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery or pick-up, you may re-select for a 100% exchange credit or you may return your merchandise for a 20% restocking fee off the sale amount. Return shipping or pickup fees may apply.  After 7 days, all sales are final.

There are a few items that can not be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Factory Closeouts
  • Special order product
  • Gift cards
  • Premium giveaways
  • Items that are sold “as-is”

All returns must be brought back to our local distribution center and be in like-new condition. If you choose to have us pick up the product, your original payment method will be refunded minus a $99 pickup charge and applicable restocking fees from the refund amount.  To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased (New and Unused) complete with accessories and instructions and in the original packaging. Merchandise not meeting these requirements may NOT be accepted for return, and/or will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. All T.V. and electronics have a 7 day return policy. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Direct Ship Return Policy: We take pride in ensuring that your products arrive in excellent condition. It is VERY important that you inspect the product upon arrival. If damages have occurred: First, notate any damage on the freight bill before the shipping agent leaves your home, take pictures and then call our Service Department at (316) 712-2211 within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST) or contact us by email at: In many cases, we can provide you with replacement parts and service as needed.

Exchanges/Refunds: The returned item(s) will be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s); taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are nonrefundable.  Return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Most refunds or credits are based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days following receipt of the return items for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.

What are your Warranties and Service Policies?

  • All manufacturers' warranties will be fully covered according to the manufacturer's policies.
  • We warrant all "NEW" Furniture and "NEW" Electronics that we sell to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase. This excludes all items sold "AS IS", "CLOSEOUT" or "CLEARANCE".
  • Our in home warranty service applies to all merchandise originally delivered by Wichita Furniture & Mattress, in the Wichita area only. Customer is responsible for all transportation costs for warranty work on merchandise that was delivered out of the Wichita area or picked up at Wichita Furniture & Mattress or our distribution centers by customer.

During this period, we will at our option, repair or replace any item containing a manufacturing defect. This warranty applies only to the original buyer and the original delivery address, and to merchandise that has received normal use and proper care. We reserve the right to inspect the merchandise at your home and if possible, to make repairs there. Upholstery fabric or leather is not warranted, except to be in proper condition upon delivery.

Extended Protection Program

Wichita Furniture & Mattress offers additional Protection Plans on furniture, outdoor furniture, and adjustable bases in partnership with GBS Enterprises. The plan must be purchased within seven (7) days of original purchase date.

If you don’t use it, you don’t lose it! After your plan expires, you can receive an in-store credit equal to the price of your plan, to use towards a future purchase. The credit is available with a minimum purchase of $399 or more. This offer can be combined with current promotions and offers.

Your contract with detailed information will be mailed directly to you within 30 days of your delivery or pickup. If you have any questions, reach out to one of our retail stores and we will be more than happy to assist.

  • How can I get a refund or exchange for furniture purchases made in store?
    If you purchased in store, check the terms and conditions provided to you at the time of purchase (they are located on the back of your receipt) or you can see the return store policies at

  • How long does it take for a refund to show up on my credit card?
    After we receive the returned goods, it takes 7–10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for a refund to be credited back to your card.  For assistance, call us at 316-789-7500 Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST).

How to Return an Item:

What are your Special Order Policies?

Special Orders

  • Special Order purchases must be paid in full for us to order from the manufacturer.
  • No refunds, alterations, exchanges or cancellations on non-stocked special order merchandise. No exceptions! Normal stocked special order merchandise is subject to the "Satisfaction Policy"
  • All quotes on manufacturer's ship times are estimated. We assume no responsibility for shipping delays from manufacturers.

LYM Product Exchange Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after sleeping on it for at least 30 days you can exchange it for a new one of equal or greater value. (No refunds or store credit on lesser value selections). If you select one of greater value, then simply pay the difference. It's that simple! This offer is extended to the original purchaser only. In order to exchange your mattress, it can not be stained in any way.
