All Rooms
1. Clean ceiling fan blades. Use a step stool or ladder so you can get high enough to safely reach them, then use a pillowcase or special duster to catch dust and keep it from spreading all around the room.
2. Clean glass globes on overhead light fixtures.
3. Dust all baseboards and wood trim. Cleaning baseboards is an easy way for little ones to help out.
4. Dust all shelves, knick-knacks, lamp shades and picture frames.
5. Vacuum and shampoo carpets.
6. Sweep and mop wood, tile or laminate floors.
Windows

That’s it! Now, sit back, relax, and enjoy your fresh, clean home. Repeat this process again in the fall, and it should be easier to keep your home clean all year long.
