To receive credit, all returned merchandise must accompany the original sales receipt and must be in the same condition as when purchased, complete with accessories, instructions, original box and packaging (if item(s) picked up). Merchandise that does not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return, and/or will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.

    Item(s) returned without a receipt may be accepted for in-store credit ONLY. Wichita Furniture & Mattress reserves the right to deny any no-receipt returns.
    • Delivery Charge
      This is non-refundable if the delivery was performed.

    • 24-Hour Delivery Change Notice
      Wichita Furniture & Mattress requires a 24-hour notice to change or cancel a delivery appointment. If 24-hour notice is not provided to Wichita Furniture & Mattress, the original delivery charge is non-refundable, and customer will be charged an additional delivery charge when rescheduled.

    • Pick-up Charges
      If your merchandise was delivered by Wichita Furniture & Mattress, and you wish to have Wichita Furniture & Mattress pick up the merchandise for exchange or return, you will be charged for a pickup charge equal to the original delivery charge.

    • Non-Refundable Charges
      • Delivery and Pick-up Charges
        As defined above.

      • Labor Charges
        Fees such as assembly and other miscellaneous fees are non-refundable.

      • Furniture Protection and Extended Service Plans
        Non-refundable after 7 days from the date of delivery or pick-up.

      • Ready-to-Assemble Furniture
        Cannot be returned once the box has been opened. Please contact the toll-free number on the RTA product box or instruction sheet.
