How do I return/exchange an item?
If you purchased in store, check the terms and conditions provided to you at the time of purchase (they are located on the back of your receipt) or you can see the return policy here.
To return an item:
- Call our Service Department at (316) 712-2211 Monday through Saturday, 10am to 5:30pm or email at email@example.com.
- Begin by letting us know the reason for the return, as well as, whether you would like to exchange or return the product.
- We will then email you a return label(s).
- Print this label off and securely tape it to the box you are returning with clear tape. (Please attach the label on top of the original shipping label.)
- We will inspect the item(s) immediately upon receipt, and contact you within 48 hours.
